Classes and Workshops

I teach workshops  in drawing, watercolour, textile mixed media and creative hand stitching, using nature and journalling as a focus.  I am currently developing an on-line class. Watch this space for updates!

'Hands On!':  Creative Stitching 

This is a weekly class during school term time. It's a fun and flexible session; intended to bring people who share a love of stitch together, and encourage and stimulate their creative abilities. All types of embroidery and stitching can be covered, including textile mixed media. The only proviso is that it is by hand.

Both beginners and experienced stitchers are welcome!  The class offers a chance to try new things in a friendly and supportive environment.  Beginners can learn the basics -  while experienced stitchers create and develop their own unique projects.  The class is small so that everyone gets the time and help they need. 

Participants enjoy two 3 hour workshops each year, one at Christmas, and one at the end of  the school year (this is included in the class fees, and a full kit etc, is provided.)

  

The class is held at: Westbury on Trym, Bristol,  on Monday afternoons
