Thank you lovely peeps for all your supportive comments.I've had an up and down week with some horrible headaches, but I have managed to keep sketching between times. Quite a mixed bunch this week! I'm trying out different styles, media and new things - trying to find 'My'style.
Day 5: A bridge This is the famous Clifton Suspension bridge.
Day 6: Seeds or pods
Day 7: Your rendition of a C19th painting.
Day 8: A Fancy Teapot ( don't have one so made this up quickly).
Day 9: Coins or banknotes. Could not get inspired by that, so here is Smaug's cousin with this golden hoard of coins!
Day 10: A medicinal plant
I am also doing a second january challenge ( as often as I can!) hosted on Facebook by the very talented Ruthie Redden ! Ruthie also blogs at Five Precious Things
Here are a couple of those posts: I combined a teacup /mug and fruit!
And something beginning with J - one of our garden jackdaws!
It's great practice and fun trying these different ways of working. x

All these different ideas will find your style for you without your having to look for it, I'm sure.

I have of course been following you on Facebook and watching out for posts in various groups but it is nice to see them all lined here. Great work and I know for me its been a hectic pace but its doing me good
These are all terrific, Jules! I don't think I could create a work of art every day, and I'm just amazed at how you can do it - and so beautifully. I'm enjoying this very much!
What a wonderful eclectic collection, love your air balloons above the bridge! Hope you are better very soon.
Fabulous Jules! The Bristol Suspension bridge would sell like hot cakes on a postcard! The colouring of the seed pods is exquisite.
Fantastic range of styles. I particularly like the colours you've used in the honesty and the Clifton Suspension Bridge is really stand-out.
It's nice to see your sketches together and I can see a definite style emerging, light and fresh. I don't always catch your posts on AJW, there are so many being posted every day! This is a good way to keep up with you.
